Dubai has endless stretches of white sandy beaches. You can join one of the five star hotels' private beach clubs and use their facilities, or pay a weekend rate which will work out to be more expensive. There are also plenty of public beaches available for water sports and sun bathing. Jumeirah Beach Park, open to everybody has a café and changing facilities. Beachfront Dubai real estate is always in high demand, and Dubai has many properties in the works including projects on the Palm Islands and The World project, which are all under development.
